• MCP link_knowledge Tool: Fixed missing await operators on asynchronous database queries in mcp-server/tools/identity_tools.js (linkFactToDocument, getLinksForDoc, listAllLinks), restoring correct JSON responses for document graph links.
• Cloud Test Suite: Rewrote tests/cloud/phase1_cloud.test.js to test real exported API endpoints (loginWithApiToken, logoutFromCloud).

🧪 Extended Test Suite & Regression Coverage

• 3-Tier Chunker Unit Tests (tests/unit/chunker.test.js): Added comprehensive unit tests for parseSections, extractMediumBlocks, createSmallChunks, and buildTripleHierarchy (covering AST code splitting, large table batching, sentence windowing, and TOC generation).
• RAG MCP Tools Integration Tests (tests/integration/rag_mcp_tools.test.js): Added E2E integration tests running against a live JSON-RPC MCP server, covering 8 previously untested tools:
  • ingest_document
  • query_knowledge_base
  • manage_knowledge_base (stats, list, read_document, delete)
  • get_fact
  • link_knowledge (link, list_links, get_doc_links)
• Total test coverage expanded to 11 unified test suites (100% pass rate).

🧹 Repository Cleanup & Package Verification

• Removed legacy debug export scripts and JSON dumps.
• Cleaned up .npmignore and package.json script declarations.
• Verified clean npm package tarball (44 files, 116 kB).
