Übersichtlicher: Im Menü „Notiz“ heißt es jetzt „Neu schreiben …“ und „Namen korrigieren …“ – dieselben Wörter wie in Earnote für iPhone und iPad.

Lokale KI schneller mit kleinen Modellen: Das kleine Modell (Qwen3 1.7B) hat vor jeder Notiz minutenlang still „nachgedacht“, ohne dass etwas zu sehen war. Das ist abgeschaltet – die Notiz beginnt sofort.

Versucht es selbst noch einmal: Ist das Netz kurz weg oder ein Cloud-Anbieter überlastet, versucht Earnote die Notiz nach 5, 10 und 15 Minuten von selbst erneut, statt mit einem Fehler stehen zu bleiben.

iPhone und Mac: Der Hinweis zum iCloud-Abgleich erklärt jetzt, wofür er da ist: Mit „Mit meinem Mac“ nimmt das iPhone auf, und dein Mac schreibt die Notiz.

Genauere Hinweise zur Cloud-KI: Google und OpenRouter setzen ein Alter ab 18 Jahren voraus. Google nutzt Texte in der EU auch im kostenlosen Kontingent nicht zum Training.

Faster local AI with small models: The small model (Qwen3 1.7B) silently “thought” for minutes before every note, with nothing to see. That's switched off – the note starts right away.

Tries again on its own: If the network drops briefly or a cloud provider is overloaded, Earnote retries the note after 5, 10 and 15 minutes instead of stopping with an error.

iPhone and Mac: The iCloud sync hint now explains what it's for: with “With my Mac”, your iPhone records and your Mac writes the note.

Clearer cloud AI notes: Google and OpenRouter require you to be 18 or older. In the EU, Google doesn't use texts for training, even on the free tier.
