🎉 Oura Ring v2 Integration v2.6.0 - Workout, Session, Tags & Rest Mode

This release introduces the first major post-v2.5.2 feature expansion with new workout/session tracking, tags and rest mode entities, and a sleep efficiency data correctness fix.

✨ FEATURES IN v2.6.0

Sleep Efficiency Correctness Fix

• Correct source field: sleep_efficiency now comes from detailed sleep data (sleep_detail.efficiency) instead of readiness/sleep contributor score fields.
• Live + historical consistency: both coordinator processing and long-term statistics import now use the same value source.
• User impact: Sleep Efficiency better matches Oura app percentage values.

New Workout Sensors

• New sensors (6):
  • workouts_today
  • last_workout_type
  • last_workout_distance
  • last_workout_calories
  • last_workout_intensity
  • last_workout_duration
• Data source: Oura workout endpoint.
• Historical statistics: added daily aggregate imports for workout count, distance, calories, and duration.

New Session Sensors

• New sensors (2):
  • mindfulness_sessions_today
  • meditation_duration_today
• Data source: Oura session endpoint.
• Historical statistics: added daily aggregate imports for mindfulness session count and meditation duration.

New Tag Sensors

• New sensors (2):
  • Tags_today
  • Tag_count_today
• Data sources: Oura Tag and Enhanced_tag endpoints.
• Attributes: bounded enriched tag metadata is exposed on Tags_today for easier dashboard and automation use.
• Historical statistics: added daily tag count from enhanced tag data.

New Rest Mode Entities

• New sensors (2):
  • Rest_mode_start
  • Rest_mode_end
• New binary sensor (1):
  • Rest_mode
• Data source: Oura Rest_mode_period endpoint.
• Behavior: binary sensor reflects active rest mode state and exposes active period metadata attributes.
• Historical statistics: added daily rest mode period count and duration imports.

🔧 TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENTS

• Extended API fan-out to include workout, session, tag, enhanced_tag, and rest_mode endpoints.
• Added first binary sensor platform registration and setup for the integration.
• Extended statistics metadata and processors for new daily aggregates.
• Added translation keys for newly introduced entities, including non-English translation files.
• Updated README and project summary docs to reflect the expanded entity set and corrected sleep efficiency behavior.
