Impossible to enter a void decimal #97

When a decimal db field is left void in the mmi, then it is set to zero in the db, which is not correct

ex: edit a detailed property of a piece which has its fields 'duree_de_vie' to nothing, save it. You will get 0.00 in 'duree_de_vie'
