Fixed
The resolved config handed to plugins now carries server.fs resolved the way Vite does (strict: true, the default deny list, allow defaulting to the workspace root with absolute entries), in the dev plugin host and in the bundling plugin container alike. A plugin whose resolveId checks this.environment.config.server.fs.allow per ?url import (an allow-list membership test) crashed every client entry bundle under 0.2.12 with Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'some').
A module whose acceptExports list covers every export it has is now fully self-accepting, as in Vite: namespace and dynamic importers hot-swap through it instead of full-reloading.
An edit to a css dependency of a CSS module whose importing component does not accept now forces the full reload it needs; the seeded importer walk used to swallow that case and the page kept stale styles.
A stylesheet no longer records itself among its own css dependencies (sass can report the entry), and the eager crawl skips _partial.scss files instead of logging failed standalone compiles.
The tsconfig class-field decision is made once, from the original file path, and handed to the compile, so a synthetic compile path (x.svg -> x.svg.tsx) can never disagree with the cache key.
Changed
The persistent-cache format is now v6: acceptExports metadata changed meaning (a partial accept, no longer a self-accept), so entries written by earlier versions are not reused.
