• Dependencies are updated to their latest semver-compatible releases (tokio 1.54, hyper 1.12, rustls 0.23.46, reqwest 0.13.5 among them), and rquickjs goes from 0.12 to 0.14.

Fixed

• The dev HTML's <link rel="modulepreload"> hints for pre-bundled deps name each entry's current URL. Every hint carried the session's base version, so after an optimizer rerun, or from boot on a warm session, a dep's hint and its import named different ?v= URLs, and the hint got the outdated-dep 504 on every page load. Chunks preload bare, as dep files import them.
