• @stylexjs/unplugin compiles the modules of a runner-backed environment (a plugin's own dev.createEnvironment, such as the Cloudflare plugin's worker), as the plugin's transform does in every environment under Vite. oj runs the plugin natively and the environments the plugin host runs through the app's Vite got no StyleX transform, so a Cloudflare Start app's server render threw Unexpected 'stylex.create' call at runtime on every request. Their rules join /virtual:stylex.css with the browser's.
