Removed

• oj dev --bundle (the bundled dev mode). Unbundled dev is the mode Vite has, the mode every fixture and production consumer runs, and the only one the plugin-hook gating work optimizes; the flag and its legacy websocket invalidate frame are gone.

Fixed

• Nix builds are bit-reproducible on pinned targets, today aarch64-darwin (#188 / #211): the V8 runtime snapshot is consumed from a pinned per-target bundle (crates/oj_deno_snapshots; fetched by SRI hash from the snapshot-pins release, regenerated and uploaded by tools/gen-snapshot-pin.sh) instead of being created at build time — snapshot creation itself is run-nondeterministic — and the compile-time-only store-path strings the store-path build embeds are de-referenced with nuke-refs, keeping the runtime closure at ~174MiB instead of dragging the 1.2GiB vendor tree along. Two independent builds of the flake now agree byte-for-byte (nix build --rebuild).
