[Feat]:Ability to Rename or Delete a Folder

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I couldn't find the way to delete a folder in the application management. I know there is an API for it, but it would be nice to be able to delete a folder from the Lowcoder interface.

The folders dont have a hamburger menu. I suppose it would go there.

This was a user permissions issue. Works as intended.
