Pins AbstractGateway 0.15.10 and abstractassistant 0.14.3 across the light, Apple and GPU
profiles. Other package pins are unchanged from 0.11.12.

• The built-in Assistant orchestrator (revision 8, shipped in the gateway as bundle 0.0.15 and
  republished by the desktop Assistant on its next launch): the routing decision no longer reads or
  appends the conversation's turns, and a request for a spoken reading of a named passage or scene
  routes to the voice route, never to audio generation.
• ADR-0039: loading states in the clients (a spinner until a read answers, an error only once every
  try has failed).
• Who is affected: everyone upgrading; abstractgateway update shows this and runs it.
