AbstractFramework 0.11.3 pins AbstractGateway 0.15.1 across the light, Apple and GPU profiles.

Administrator-configured provider connections are available by default to human users and entities on the same gateway. Existing root connections are inherited automatically, including legacy connections stored with scope: user. New users can run workflows through the gateway default without their own upstream URL or API key. Shared connections remain editable only by admins; private user connections remain private.

The installer scripts, generated manifest, package profile and provider-access documentation use the updated Gateway version. Other package pins are unchanged.

Validation: fresh-account workflow regression with real HTTP provider transport; clean-wheel tests with published dependency pins; independent adversarial review; package and installer checks.

Upgrade the gateway installation and restart its process to apply the fix.

Follow-up: per-principal provider access policy is tracked as AbstractGateway backlog 0935.
