Pins AbstractGateway 0.15.6 across the light, Apple and GPU profiles. Other package pins are
unchanged from 0.11.8.

• abstractgateway update upgrades an installer install from a terminal: it previews every package
  whose version changes and the release notes in between, asks once, then runs the same installer as
  the one-line command and restarts the gateway; --check only reports (exit 10 when an update
  exists). abstractgateway console opens the terminal console signed in. Both also work as
  --update and --console. See Upgrade.
• Who is affected: anyone running a gateway installed by the one-line installer; a gateway run from a
  source checkout or a container is told how to upgrade instead.
