Patch release: v0.44.0 never reached npm because its Windows build failed.

Fixed

  • Release: Binaries build without a shell, so the Windows build receives the commit define and the release can publish (#7008).
  • Neo: Facts are read before publishing, and a wrong fact goes through correction (#6999); a refused change to a closed answer tells Neo to end the turn (#7004); a waiting human message ends a turn whose answer is already out (#7005); a human message decides its own turn's reply language (#7009).

Added

  • Neo: Every Neo turn states the reply language of the human message it answers (#6995); an ask with nothing running offers Drop and says Neo will propose again, shown on its card in the web (#7001, #7006).
