Changes to the signing procedure to bring it in-line with the one for canonical transactions.
Scan secret and spend pubkey are generated once when the wallet/keystore is created. Due to this, this release is not backward-compatible with MWEB wallets from previous versions. Please re-create any MWEB wallets.
Various fixes and improvements.

Assets 6
