What's changed

• Keep going until done. The plan review footer has a new Keep going until done checkbox. Approve a plan with it ticked, and the agent keeps working, turn after turn, until the plan's Done when is met. A separate completion check confirms the result from evidence before the goal counts as achieved. The goal stops early when the agent reports a blocker or hits a turn or token limit (set in Settings → Goals). A Goal tab in the review dock shows progress, the current task and the last check, with Pause, Resume and Clear. The transcript marks each goal turn and explains why it ran. On macOS the notch shows the goal's progress and outcome.
• Plans read Done when finished, and approving a plan asks the agent for one task per milestone.
• A new plan for new work. When you move on to work the current plan doesn't cover, the agent starts a fresh plan instead of overwriting the old one. The old plan stays readable.
• Saving and submitting a plan is one step. The agent saves and submits a plan in a single call, and a failed save no longer puts a stale plan up for review.
• Server settings use OPENAGENTD_ names. The settings variables are now OPENAGENTD_PORT, OPENAGENTD_DATABASE_URL, OPENAGENTD_LOG_LEVEL, OPENAGENTD_CORS_ORIGINS and so on, so a project's API_PORT or DATABASE_URL is no longer read as the app's. The old names still work in this release; the log and agentd doctor name the replacement.
• .env settings move to server.yaml. On first start, the CORS origins, the LAN opt-out and both log levels move from the config dir's .env into server.yaml. The original is kept as .env.v3.32.bak. The rest of the .env still loads but is deprecated, and agentd doctor lists the remaining keys.
• The server reads only its own config dir's .env. A .env in the directory you start it from no longer applies. Agent shells and the terminal no longer inherit the app's APP_ENV or OPENAGENTD_* variables.
• The build picks production or development mode. The installed app and agentd always run in production, and OPENAGENTD_ENV overrides this. An unrelated APP_ENV (such as local) no longer moves the app's data.
• Switch Server from the command palette in the desktop app.
• Links in rendered Markdown previews open workspace files in a new dock tab, at the line when one is given.
• Git Changes lists every changed file, up to 5,000, including untracked files past the diff size cap. It loads each file's diff on demand, so large change sets open much faster.
• Sidebar subagent lists start collapsed; activity still shows on the count pill.
• Summaries and titles after compaction follow what you actually asked, and side questions (/btw) no longer treat runtime notes as your words.
• On mobile, one tap on Comment on selection in plan review now opens the keyboard.

Breaking Changes

• If you started agentd from a directory whose .env held app settings, move them to the environment (with OPENAGENTD_ names) or to the config dir's server.yaml.
