Can't launch imgui_ros multiple times in same node loader #76

The node loader #74 crashes when this is done.

Haven't read all of ocornut/imgui#586 but maybe there is a workaround solution in there?

Maybe could share whatever is necessary between the imgui_ros nodes.

Trying to make scripts work for loading the demo without using roslau…

…nch, discovered that multiple imgui_roses in the same process don't work #76 - demo isn't fully working yet.
