LaunchICA_CustomRes.ps1
Launches the latest Citrix ICA file from Downloads, with a custom resolution, based on detected VDI name as defined within the script in the resolution map.
Before running you must modify resolution map for each VDI to launch with its specific resolution.
Only works with Web client.
Save As ICA flie then run PS script.\
