First archived release of BioModelling Pro, a self-contained web application for biogeography and species distribution modelling that runs entirely in the browser, with no installation and no server-side computation.

Ten steps, from occurrence records to the map: GBIF and your own records (with a country filter for Mexico, Central and South America), taxonomic and geographic filters including the 32 states of Mexico, nine coordinate-cleaning rules, a map studio with export to PNG, JPEG, WebP, SVG, TIFF and GeoTIFF, environmental variables (bioclimatic, elevation, Koeppen-Geiger and soil), correlation and collinearity diagnostics, descriptive statistics with an editable figure studio, multivariate analysis, ecology and diversity, species distribution modelling with ten algorithms and an ensemble (spatial blocks, AUC, TSS, Boyce, thresholds, response curves, future projections with MESS), and agroclimatic crop adaptation.

Interpretation help in steps 6 to 10: 97 cards stating what each value measures, how it is read, on which scale, the mistake most often made with it and the reference it comes from.

Bilingual interface (Spanish and English) with light and dark themes. Works from a double click on index.html: the Pinus cembroides example (2,400 GBIF records and cropped WorldClim and Koeppen-Geiger layers) is bundled, and so are Leaflet, geotiff.js and html2canvas with their licences.

A complete user manual in Spanish (92 pages) is included in manual/.
