A choice of scan animations, and less work per mouse move and per word.

New: scan animation

• Pick the animation shown while a region is being read, in the settings panel (Scan animation): Line (the old sweep, still the default), Row by row, Shine, Pixels, Outline or Focus. A small preview plays in the panel, and picking one replays it over the region on screen. New settings key scanAnim, validated by config.py.

Faster

• Dragging over words no longer rebuilds the selection on every mouse move; it only changes when the range changes.
• The "text found" flash draws one box per line instead of one per word (up to 4000 items), and finding the word under the pointer checks the previous word first.
• The screenshot is decoded off the UI thread.
