The usual for @lunarmodules projects. Updated links, configured CI including deploy using our re-usable workflows.

The CI workflows for this PR won't run until after they appear in the default branch, but successful runs for the branch can be seen on my fork.

I should have checked these in my fork, but your --lpath hack breaks these. Because it is a new workflow it wasn't running on PRs so we didn't see the failure. Don't worry I'll fix it up.
