• all skills, scripts, init: rename the last gitissue identifiers to idd: .gitissue.yml → .idd.yml, .gitissue/ → .idd/, .gitissue-recipe.json → .idd-recipe.json, .gitissue-borrowed → .idd-borrowed, /init-gitissue → /init-idd, the gitissue:normalized / gitissue:qa / gitissue:run-report markers → idd:, and ~/.cache/gitissue → ~/.cache/idd. Existing repos keep working. Every legacy name is still read as a fallback with a ⚠ … rename to … warning, and the new name wins when both exist. The base-ref security policy and the verification recipe fall back to the legacy file only when the new name is absent at the ref; a present but unreadable or invalid new file fails closed. Readers accept both marker namespaces, and the QA handoff's more-than-one-marker rule counts both. gi-state migrates a legacy run.lock and run-state.json once and leaves a live legacy lock held. /init-idd now adds .idd/cache/ to .gitignore on every run, creating the file when it is missing and never duplicating a line. It mirrors existing .gitissue… ignore lines and treats a legacy-only .gitissue.yml as the existing config, so a legacy security: block is never replaced. Upgrade every client before renaming the files; the steps are in docs/migrating-from-gitissue.md. (#537)
