XcodeMCPKit v0.27.0

New Features

  • Add a local crash-report page and CLI with selectable Last Day, two-week, and one-year periods.
  • Save dated Markdown and JSON reports together with raw sample logs, acquisition evidence, and partial results.

Improvements

  • Reuse an already running Xcode for network crash sync. Refresh Organizer data without restarting Xcode, and scroll background lists without moving the pointer or resizing the window.

Bug Fixes

  • Fix headless RunProject calls hanging while Simulator apps remain suspended. Successful calls now return with the app running and, when requested, the debugger ready.
  • Fix cancelled Simulator launches hanging or leaving suspended app processes behind.
  • Fix RunAllTests and RunSomeTests waiting indefinitely on suspended Simulator test hosts or hostless XCTest agents.
  • Fix Organizer pagination stalls after reloads and when collecting short issue lists.
  • Restore Preview rendering on Xcode 27.2 and preserve the declared size of fixed-layout SwiftUI previews on macOS.

Migration Notes

  • Open the selected Xcode before network crash sync and keep Organizer available in the background. Sync waits while Xcode is the foreground application and leaves Xcode running after completion, failure, or cancellation.
  • The crash-report scripts require a repository checkout and Python 3.10+. They are not installed by Homebrew. See Generate a crash report.
  • Restart the server after upgrading and reconnect MCP clients.
