forge check runs fallow instead of knip (pkg-knip → pkg-fallow). Move knip config to .fallowrc.json.

Publish to JSR. lzear-sync-jsr generates each deno.json, the jsr-config check catches drift. @lzear/eslint-config stays npm-only.

lzear-publish stages on npm for 2FA approval. --release creates the GitHub release. Prereleases get their own dist-tag.

forge setup no longer asks for NPM_TOKEN.

lzear-changelog bin replaces the ./changelog export: one CHANGELOG.md section per release.
