Describe the Issue

As shown in the video, when there is no metadata in note1, everything is normal, but when there is metadata in note1, running the "Reload app without saving" command in note2 will cause the content in the meta-bind-embed code block to not display normally.I tried to reinstall the obsidian version 1.7 and the problem still exists
