CoH Data Browser v0.23.12

Initial public release of CoH Data Browser, a standalone Windows application for browsing City of Heroes: Homecoming game data directly from locally installed game files.

Features

  • Search and inspect powers, enhancements, NPCs, and pets.
  • View detailed power effects, attributes, and level scaling.
  • Compare powers across installed Live, Beta, and Experimental game branches.
  • Identify differences between game versions.
  • Inspect raw decoded game data.
  • Automatically refresh locally cached data when installed game files change.
  • Operates locally without requiring an internet connection or account.

Installation

  1. Download CoH_Data_Browser_v0.23.12.exe below.
  2. Save it to a folder of your choice.
  3. Run the executable.
  4. Select your Homecoming installation directory if prompted.

Known Issues

  • Searching large datasets can be slow.
  • Some game data fields are not yet fully decoded or displayed.
  • Linux and macOS compatibility has not been tested.
