[+] New Tools page (aka depots page renamed): Depots, Achievements, Stats, Launch options and Playtime editing

• Achievements: unlock/lock one by one or all at once, with search, achievement sets and progress bars
• Stats: edit a game's stats directly
• Playtime: set the hours Steam shows for a game (local only)
• Launch options: see what you changed per game, plus an "All overrides" list with a Restore all button

[+] Launch options editor: Show in folder button
[+] Settings: manual "Check for updates" button
[+] CloudRedirect now comes from our fork
[-] OpenSteamTools removed (been dead for ages). OST users are moved to BetterSteamTools automatically on next launch
