Fixed

• Date and date/time records now report a four-digit year. The two-digit field was passed through unchanged, so a type G date read 0012-01-12 instead of 2012-01-12. Type F and type I fields were worse: the seven year bits were read from the minute and hour bytes instead of the day and month bytes, so the year bore no relation to the transmitted date. The libmbus-compatible XML output was already correct and is unchanged. (#130)
