Cron error facebook_automation_sync_orders and facebook_automation_sync_refunds_and_cancellations

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. running the cron via cron_schedule

Expected result (*)

1. cron runs without any problems

Actual result (*)

1. Error when running a cron job: Meta\BusinessExtension\Model\System\Config::isInstalledShopOnsiteEligible(): Return value must be of type bool, string returned
   this happens for both cron tasks

@chrissedero To debug further, I have 3 questions:

1. Have you configured Facebook? https://www.facebook.com/business/help/532749253576163
2. If you have already set up, do you see any entry in the core_config_data table?
   select * from core_config_data where path = 'facebook/business_extension/is_onsite_eligible'
3. Would it be possible to tell us the cron job which is throwing the error?

i see the entry
facebook/business_extension/is_onsite_eligible <-- its value is 0

so it should still run the cron without any errors.
