[QA] Test Cases transfer and update #130
Description
Goal:
In the new version of reCAPCTHA functionality was significantly updated STORE->Configuration section. These changes were made to avoid possible miss-configurations as it was previously.
Such changes require review, update, and actualize old test case base to be ready for regression testing before release.
Requirements:
- All test cases from MageSpecialist Security Features->reCaptcha should be reviewed, updated and transferred to the new Security Package (2.4+)->reCaptcha HitTest project
- Folder structure for the new project should be based on reCAPTCHA type(reCAPCTHA v2;Invisible reCAPTCHA v2, Invisiubl reCAPTCHA v3). In exception situation, test-cases could be put into root folder if it affects all types
- each transferred test case must have Tags(labels) Severity: [S0|S1|S2|S3] and "AutomationStatus: Manual"
- The title for each test case should be clear and answers on the question: what exactly tests this flow(not like "Test backend"). As an example see v3 coverage
- Actions words should be used only for preconditions or for steps that repeat multiple times
- All missed functional coverage(S0-S2) in the old project should be added in the new Security Package (2.4+)->reCaptcha
Additional scope related to PayPal reCAPCTCHA
ist of test cases for PayPal #61 that should be updated:

- [TODO] reCAPTCHA v3 with PayPal
- [TODO] reCAPTCHA v2 (Invisible reCAPTCHA badge) with PayPal
