Description
Move RSpec config from Rakefile to .rspec so that
rspeccan be run from the command line.What is changed?
Added .rspec for the RSpec options that were removed from the Rakefile.
What else was changed and why?
In order to make the yardstick tasks make more sense, I changed the yardstick rake tasks names:
