Description

Add the ability to set and retrieve the path to the git binary used by this library.

What is changed?

Added RubyGit.git method and the RubyGit::GitBinary class.

What else was changed and why?

Added RubyGit::FileHelpers module for the which implementation. which is a platform independent implementation of the Linux which command.
