MainSequence Codex 0.4.2 adds a production Agents/Tools panel using native Codex theme variables and the existing devtools machine session.

  • Verify account and available environments.
  • Browse and search agent directories and project MCP releases.
  • Mark saved connections and inspect their tool schemas without changing connection metadata.
  • Reject stale account/environment contexts through devtools 0.3.2 account binding.

Devtools remains the shared implementation. Claude is unchanged. No custom Codex or probe is shipped. This release provides read-only discovery; production agent sending remains a later phase.

Validation: 30 tests, TypeScript checks, standalone package checks and Linux/macOS CI passed. Native desktop activation was verified through mainsequence_open returning version 0.4.2 with devtools 0.3.2. Real agent/MCP directory acceptance is still pending a usable MainSequence session; the configured localhost session could not authenticate.

The attached npm archive is the exact package published with provenance by the trusted release workflow. Its SHA-512 integrity is:
