v0.3.0 — 原生编程 agent 会话格式扩展

本版将编程 agent 原生会话读取扩展到 26 个来源，新增 JSON/JSONL 快照、补写日志回放、只读 SQLite 和 protobuf 格式适配，并保留事件的原始来源。

• Codex 按原生历史模式选择内容，避免重复提取；保留结构化工具结果及可确认的用量。
• 提供 Codex、Grok Build、OpenCode 的自动真实客户端 E2E，以及会话检查示例和 Antigravity 本地导出工具。
• Rust 最低版本保持 1.88；公共选项/事件结构新增字段，从 0.2 升级时请检查结构体字面量。

本轮三条真实客户端 E2E 全部通过，126 个回归测试通过。具体格式、真实记录验收、多模态和分支恢复等边界见支持清单。本版不宣称所有 agent、版本和功能均已支持或验证。

跨平台 CI 已全部通过：Linux Rust 1.88/stable、macOS、Windows、lint 和 fuzz。

• Align the Codex statistics fast path with the canonical parser, including error
  kinds, ignored-record validation, and cumulative usage recovery.
• Preserve model context from valid observations even when duplicate usage is
  suppressed.
• Apply max_file_bytes to the captured stop_at_byte prefix consistently for
  file and stream readers, allowing a larger unread suffix.
• Bound title-index reads to captured file lengths. Existing title APIs remain
  strict and retain their signatures, but now default to a 200 MiB per-index
  limit and an 8 MiB Codex JSONL line limit. Oversized inputs now return an error.
• Add load_session_titles_with_options and TitleReadOptions to customize or
  disable those limits. Opt-in TitleErrorMode::Collect returns valid titles
  together with source/line errors; a nonempty error list means partial results.

The MSRV remains Rust 1.88. No existing public API was removed or renamed.

Rust 1.88+. Consumer integration branches are verified separately; this release does not claim those applications have already shipped their migrations.
