- Tiingo is a fourth price source:
-s tiingo, a key row in the settings
screen, [keys] tiingo or TIINGO_API_KEY. Quotes and intraday bars
come from IEX in real time, pre and post market included from 08:00 to
17:30 ET. Daily charts use Tiingo's consolidated end-of-day history with
the whole market's volume, and crypto works as BTC-USD. One request per
poll quotes the whole watchlist; bars and daily history are cached, and
the live price moves the last candle between refreshes. The free plan's
50 requests an hour suit a couple of tickers polled every few minutes; a
paid plan covers a live dashboard. The README explains how the IEX
reference price and IEX's volume are shown.
