Fixed

  • HandlerController / Game: On pause, release held keys via blur-control. While paused or while focus is in an editable field (input / textarea / select / contenteditable), keyboard capture no longer emits game input or calls preventDefault, so HTML overlays can receive typing. Also remove key listeners with matching capture flags on destroy.
