opencv_storage tag is missing #1
Description
The code when ran is giving me the above error.
cv2.error: OpenCV(4.6.0) /Users/runner/work/opencv-python/opencv-python/opencv/modules/core/src/persistence_xml.cpp:832: error: (-212:Parsing error) parse in function 'haarcascade_frontalface_default.xml(2): <opencv_storage> tag is missing'
When I look at the xml file, it is there. Is there something I am doing wrong or is OpenCV acting up on me?
