OpenCode Desktop v1.18.30-sidebar.40

Fork build of anomalyco/opencode with the sidebar navigation feature, RTL/bidi support, and a standalone CLI binary (opencode-cli-linux-x64). Commit: 9fafec6

Highlights

• Scroll behavior fixes (F1–F4): wheel events at viewport boundaries are no longer swallowed (canConsumeWheel), re-engaging auto-follow requires two consecutive downward scrolls instead of one, the core end-pin is suppressed while the user owns scrolling (anchorTo flip around resizeItem), and scrollbar thumb drags now count as user gestures.
