Highlights

• Fixed idle-session scroll jitter (root cause): the vendored TanStack virtual-core keeps a rAF "chase" loop alive for up to 5s after programmatic scroll-to-end, re-aiming at the live bottom every frame with no user-intent gate. The timeline now cancels a stale chase on the first real scroll event after the user takes over, ending the up/down fight while fresh follow-scrolls still arm their own.
