phpMyVault

Requirements:

  • MySQL Server
  • Web server configured with PHP 5
  • mCrypt PHP module installed

For reference, phpMyVault has been tested extensively on Ubuntu 14.04 with Apache 2.4.7, PHP 5.5.9, and MySQL 5.5.40

Quickstart guide:

  1. Extract phpMyVault to a folder within your web root.
  2. Copy 'resources/config.orig.php' to 'resources/config.php' and edit with the correct settings for your environment.
  3. Open a web browser and navigate to the location where you have extracted all files. You will be redirected to the database initialization page.
  4. Once database initialization is successful, delete install.php. You are now ready to use phpMyVault!
