Release notes (runtime branch orchestration)

  • Moved PRD branch management from loop skill prompts into runtime.
  • On /ralphi-loop-start, runtime now:
    • switches to existing PRD branchName, or
    • prompts in TUI to create missing branch from main or current branch.
  • Added unit tests covering existing branch switching and missing-branch base selection.

Validation

  • npm run check passed
  • local pre-commit hook verified (prek + ralphi check)
