Release notes (loop preflight safeguards)

  • Added runtime preflight validation before /ralphi-loop-start.
  • Loop start now fails fast when prerequisites are missing:
    • .ralphi/config.yaml with at least one commands entry
    • valid .ralphi/prd.json (branchName, non-empty userStories, valid story id/title/status)
    • git repository
    • pre-commit wiring that enforces ralphi check
  • Branch orchestration remains runtime-managed after preflight.

  • pre-commit hook passed during commit
