claude gets its prompt on stdin, never as an argument (KJC-BUG-0344, #2087): a large prompt (a security review over a big diff) hit the kernel's per-argument limit with E2BIG; verified against the real binary with a 300 KB prompt.
Generated files are summarized in the reviewer and Solomon prompts (KJC-BUG-0347, #2101): a 4800-line lockfile hid the real hunks from the reviewer and blew Solomon's prompt; each generated file now enters as one summary line, and the verdict still binds to the full diff.
The .mcp.json that kj env install wires is part of the contract it commits (KJC-BUG-0346): it stayed untracked, so a fresh clone lost kj_rag_query as a native tool.
