Fixed

  • A RAG query that names an indexed file returns that file first (KJC-BUG-0348, #2115, #1995): ranking alone decided the hits, and in a large index a freshly indexed .astro page never made the top results, neither by its path nor by its text, so the rag-first gate kept blocking it. kj rag query and kj_rag_query now put the first chunk of a file the question names (full path or file name) ahead of the ranked hits, within topK.
  • Three high or critical dependency advisories cleared (KJC-BUG-0351, #994): @modelcontextprotocol/sdk 1.32.1, proxy-addr 2.0.8 and source-map-js 1.2.2, each inside the range its parent already allows.
  • A plan HU whose acceptance test fails is never approved (KJC-BUG-0331, #2091): fixed by KJC-BUG-0332 in 4.49.2 and now covered by the scenario battery.
