Minor. Each HU's coder runs on the model its tier calls for, and climbs to the top one when it fails.

Added

  • Model routing per HU (KJC-TSK-0701, KJC-TSK-1070): the coder of a trivial HU runs on the trivial model with effort low, a standard one on the medium model with effort medium, and a deep one on the usual model; after a failed iteration it climbs to the most capable model with effort max. A model the user chose always wins (roles.coder.model, --coder-model, model_profile, model_routing.fixed.coder), the reviewer and Solomon are never routed, only claude takes effort, and model_routing.enabled: false turns it off. Each call builds its own agent, so parallel lanes do not leak into each other.
  • kj plan fills each HU's coder_model from its tier (KJC-TSK-1072): the tier of the decomposition (acceptance criteria, sensitive zones, the planner's own judgement), not the task type. The HU Board can change it and the run uses yours.
  • The routing is on record (KJC-TSK-1071): each HU keeps its decision (tier, model, effort, why, whether it climbed), the budget records the model the coder really ran on, and kj report adds how many HUs were routed and how many climbed. The configuration guide explains it.

Fixed

  • kj handoff add is not blocked by the Sentinel (KJC-BUG-0366): its quoted command and --why are text it stores, like the title of kj hu add; a command that names a human act can be registered too. Takes effect once the harness is re-hardened and sealed.
  • Concurrent reviews share sonar-scanner slots (KJC-BUG-0368, #2216): one machine-wide lock made sessions on different repos wait 300 s and fail; the pre-gate now takes one of sonarqube.max_parallel_scans slots (2 by default).
  • A claim that a platform lacks a feature does not block a review on its own (KJC-BUG-0369, #2196): the reviewer blocked GitHub's on.schedule timezone, which exists; such a claim blocks only when the diff or the task shows the failure.
  • The local suite leaves out the kj runtime under .karajan/ (KJC-BUG-0367): the skills catalog's eval fixtures no longer turn npm test red.
