Patch. kj review --third-party works with git in any language.

Fixed

  • A reviewed repo without .karajan/privacy.yml failed the whole review when git answered in another language (KJC-BUG-0387): the missing file was recognized by git's English message. The base and the file are now checked by exit code (rev-parse --verify, cat-file -e).
