Minor. Karajan works as a team: the HU Board can be shared through GitHub Issues (ADR 0025).

Added

  • kj hu backend github turns the shared HU Board on for a repo, once: it writes .karajan/board.yml (re-included in .gitignore when needed) for a PR, so every clone inherits it. Without that file kj keeps the local board, unchanged.
  • On the shared board, each HU is a GitHub issue: kj hu add creates it and its id is HU-<issue number>, so two people never mint the same one; the same no-duplicate-titles rule is checked against the issues, and --id is refused. kj hu list reads the issues with who holds each.
  • The assignee is the reservation: kj hu move HU-<n> running claims the HU; moving a running HU someone else holds, to any state, needs --release. Two claims at the same time leave exactly one holder, and two status moves at the same time are reported instead of leaving two status labels. Each clone declares its GitHub login with kj identity set.
