The RAG keeps itself: it indexes a project on first contact, follows what the session is
writing before it is committed, fuses by rank instead of a hand-tuned weight, and can stay
inside a folder. The docs leave git. karajan-core 1.6.0.

Added

• The pre-query refresh covers uncommitted changes (KJC-TSK-1174, RAG-A1): the drift is
  measured up to the files on disk, untracked ones included, under the same maxFiles bound.
  The dirty paths of a refresh are noted next to the store and reconciled on the next one, so a
  reverted or deleted file leaves no stale chunks. A refresh that fails (Ollama down) is said
  once per process, never on every query.
• A project with no index gets one in the background, once (KJC-TSK-1174, RAG-A2): the
  first kj run or kj rag query over an unindexed project starts kj rag index --with-sources
  detached and goes on; later commands reuse it; an attempt that died is not retried for ten
  minutes, and the user is told once how to index by hand. One claimant at a time.
• kj rag query --where source~=src/billing (KJC-TSK-1179, KJC-TSK-1180, RAG-B3): a prefix
  clause next to key=value; a relative source prefix is placed under the project root.
• Hybrid retrieval fuses by Reciprocal Rank Fusion (KJC-TSK-1172, RAG-C): 1/(k + rank) per
  list, k = 60 by default and rag.search.rrf_k in kj.config.yml. On the frozen corpus:
  recall@5 0.958 → 1.0, MRR 0.896 → 0.925, p95 36 → 37 ms. alpha no longer applies; one
  still around, as a flag or in the config, is warned about.
• The cross-encoder reranks the top N candidates (KJC-TSK-1173, RAG-D, core): with
  rerankOpts, the retriever re-scores the top N after the boosts (40 by default, never fewer
  than top K) and degrades on demand when the model is missing. The kj-side switch and the
  measured default follow in KJC-TSK-1181.
• The family page shows atril, the Libretto and who stands on whom (KJL-TSK-0145).

Fixed

• kj hu add puts the labels back when GitHub created the issue bare (KJC-BUG-0395):
  HU-2408 came out of gh issue create --label … with no labels and the next move refused it;
  the create now checks the labels, restores them once and fails loud otherwise.

Changed

• The built docs leave git (KJL-TSK-0133): apps/landing/public/docs is gitignored and the
  firebase predeploy builds the Starlight docs itself. The RAG indexes only what git lists, so
  the built html no longer competes with the sources in the answers.
• karajan-core 1.6.0 (KJC-TSK-1182): the three retriever changes above, published. kj
  depends on ^1.6.0.
