Release Android v5.2.0

Today we are releasing the final version of the v5.2.0 series. This release brings major features and numerous bug fixes. The main features included with this release are support for Android asynchronous rendering (#9576) and the new map snapshotter (#9748)

Note for LOST users: this version of the Mapbox Maps SDK for Android is compatible with LOST 3.X and above.
Note for Mapbox Android Services users: this version of the Mapbox Maps SDK for Android is compatible with Mapbox Android Services 2.2.9 and above.
