Install postgis via mason #95
Description
This will enable both osx and travis jobs testing the same postgis/gdal versions.
Currently:
- pgraster and postgis tests are not running on linux
- pgraster tests are failing on os x due to version differences (pgraster tests failing #90 (comment))
