How to add a header to a contextmenu?

I suppose class="ui-widget-header" from http://jqueryui.com/menu/#categories should be used, but I fail to see how?

Currently (until release 1.11), you can add this class and modify the ui-menu options like so

    $(document).contextmenu({
        ...
        menu: [
            {title: "Menu header", addClass: "ui-widget-header"},
            {title: "Cut <kbd>Ctrl+X</kbd>", cmd: "cut", uiIcon: "ui-icon-scissors"},
            ...
            ],
        uiMenuOptions: {
            items: "> :not(.ui-widget-header)"      
        },
        ...

Starting with release 1.12 this can be simplified using the new isHeader menu item option:

    $(document).contextmenu({
        ...
        menu: [
            {title: "Menu header", isHeader: true},
            ...
            ],
        ...
